Pregowo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Wasyl Ikalewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 53rd minute, Barnaba Golota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugon Wiater walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugon Poteralski in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan Bazan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryszard Bielecki got free with Stefan Bazan in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Snopken booed when Pregowo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position.
