In the 13th minute Edmund Poling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Grajewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 played minutes Roki-team got a freekick which was hit by Artur Koczara. Edmund Poling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Tadeusz Grajewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Ogrodowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Artur Koczara charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artur Koczara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Edmund Poling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rykoszyn's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmund Poling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeusz Grajewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute, Ludomir Matuch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rykoszyn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Edmund Poling struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Tadeusz Grajewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rykoszyn. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 56th play minutes Edmund Poling shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Tadeusz Grajewski and just under the crossbar into goal. Edmund Poling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Roki-team getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Artur Koczara hit a great ball. Roki-team's Tadeusz Grajewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Poling in the 65th minute of play. If Wawrzyniec Ogrodowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 played minutes, Rykoszyn's Witalis Werra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tadeusz Grajewski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rykoszyn reached it. In the 72nd minute, Jakub Dlugi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jakub Dlugi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Wincent Sroka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Roki-team's zone, Edmund Poling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeusz Grajewski came out of the goal and Edmund Poling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Rykoszyn's Edmund Poling slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tadeusz Grajewski. That made the score 0-3 after 83 minutes of play. Rykoszyn's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
