Eugeniusz Dobrzechowski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 11th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Zdzislaw Duda. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ziemowit Soroka couldn't finish the play. Elite Squad's Ziemowit Wierzchowski pulled a muscle in his back after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Damazy Gleba charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damazy Gleba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Gleba in the 72nd minute of play forced Elite Squad's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Dobrzechowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ziemowit Soroka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugeniusz Dobrzechowski came out of the goal and Konstanty Cymbal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Górnik Wesoła walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
