Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dobromir Pinczewski started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Edgar Franzik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Przemyslaw Wielgopolski kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Hieronim Kisiel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fortuna Dussel ™'s Borys Sidor didn't even have to move. Franciszek Solarek did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Borys Sidor 10 minutes into the match. In the 13th match minute, Czarodzieje Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerzy Wierzbicki to maneuver through the defense. Leszek Kosmatka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dobromir Pinczewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cyryl Wawak in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Sidor saved Fortuna Dussel ™ from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Lampe in the 26th minute of play forced Czarodzieje Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Leszek Kosmatka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cyryl Wawak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Czarodzieje Bydgoszcz booed when Fortuna Dussel ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Przemyslaw Wielgopolski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Cyryl Wawak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czarodzieje Bydgoszcz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cyryl Wawak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fortuna Dussel ™'s Borys Sidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyryl Wawak in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fortuna Dussel ™'s zone, Cyryl Wawak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Borys Sidor came out of the goal and Cyryl Wawak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Borys Sidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyryl Wawak in the 42nd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cyryl Wawak to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franciszek Solarek in the 51st minute of play forced Fortuna Dussel ™'s goalkeeper Borys Sidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fortuna Dussel ™'s Przemyslaw Wielgopolski got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Milosz Lampes short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Leszek Kosmatka to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dobromir Pinczewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Leszek Kosmatka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fortuna Dussel ™'s goalkeeper Borys Sidor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Milosz Lampes short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Leszek Kosmatka to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 75 minutes into the match, Cyryl Wawak notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Fortuna Dussel ™'s Borys Sidor. Borys Sidor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Edgar Franzik fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Czarodzieje Bydgoszcz's protests and gave Edgar Franzik a yellow card for diving instead. Edgar Franzik hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Czarodzieje Bydgoszcz's Franciszek Solarek got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Borys Sidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyryl Wawak in the 86th minute of the match. Franciszek Solarek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Borys Sidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milosz Lampe struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Leszek Kosmatka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fortuna Dussel ™. Jerzy Ziomkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Czarodzieje Bydgoszcz were the better team. Czarodzieje Bydgoszcz's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
