Fabian Borkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stefan Polakowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dominik Fleszar to make the kick off. Reichertswalde SA's Stefan Polakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Fleszar in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Reichertswalde SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walery Haskiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Olsen Banden's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Borkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Polakowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the match, Reichertswalde SA's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Fleszar came free, but Stefan Polakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fabian Borkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Walery Haskiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Grzegorz Januszewski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Reichertswalde SA's Stefan Polakowski didn't even have to move.
