When Stanislaw Haszczak fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wywóz's protests and gave Stanislaw Haszczak a yellow card for diving instead. If Zula Jaraczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Kaczeniak in the 13th minute of play forced Wywóz's goalkeeper Beniamin Ciempa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucjan Spychalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Ruch's Florian Duszenski got a free kick in the 18th minute. Beniamin Zajac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Rawa in the 21st minute of play. Emil Rawa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Beniamin Zajac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ruch defense, Lucjan Spychalski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Beniamin Zajac. The Ruch fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Beniamin Zajac should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Cezary Kaczeniak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ruch's supporters rose to their feet, but Cezary Kaczeniak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beniamin Ciempa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezary Kaczeniak got free with Beniamin Ciempa in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Rawa in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beniamin Zajac prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Wywóz's zone, Dobromir Walaszkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beniamin Ciempa came out of the goal and Dobromir Walaszkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute Zula Jaraczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beniamin Ciempa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 43rd minute, but Beniamin Ciempa got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Wywóz hanging dry this time. After some careless play in the Wywóz defense, Cezary Kaczeniak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Beniamin Ciempa. The Wywóz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Beniamin Ciempa should have stopped the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The crowd rose to their feet as Wywóz's Emil Rawa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Beniamin Zajac. That made the score 1-2 after 51 minutes of play. In the 58th minute Lucjan Spychalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beniamin Zajac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Emil Rawa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 played minutes Ruch got a freekick which was hit by Dobromir Walaszkiewicz. When Emil Rawa came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Wywóz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Rawa couldn't finish the play. Slawomir Prusek kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. If Zula Jaraczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruch's Beniamin Zajac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Spychalski in the 92nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ruch's zone, Emil Rawa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beniamin Zajac came out of the goal and Emil Rawa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Ruch supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Wywóz's performance. The match ended with a win for Wywóz.
