Juventus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skrzynia the free kick. In the 19th minute, Feliks Pankiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacek Rzegotka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iwo Cytrynski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Zachary Juroszek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Skrzynia's Zachariasz Liermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Rzegotka in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Jurand Fiszer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Liermann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Jacek Rzegotka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zachariasz Liermann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iwo Cytrynski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zachary Juroszek came out and tried to block the shot, but Iwo Cytrynski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 42nd minute. Iwo Cytrynski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Witold Zuraw managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skrzynia's supporters rose to their feet, but Witold Zuraw was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zachary Juroszek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 51st match minute, Skrzynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwan Trojanowski to maneuver through the defense. Jacek Rzegotka came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zachariasz Liermann could save by the left post. In the 61st minute Iwo Cytrynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachary Juroszek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Czeslaw Chrobak hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Witold Tusk during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, Jacek Rzegotka made a precise shot to the right of Zachariasz Liermann. Skrzynia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3.
