Spectators: 7312 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mateusz Weyna started the match with the kick off. After 3rd play minutes Dariusz Czempa shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Andrzej Cipinski and just under the crossbar into goal. Milosz Drab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Fetor in the 7th minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Kacper Fetor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rykaczewo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kacper Fetor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bogumil Marud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milosz Drab having to interfere. Dariusz Czempa came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Andrzej Cipinski could save by the left post. Mateusz Weyna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrzej Cipinski having to interfere. Kacper Fetor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rykaczewo's Andrzej Cipinski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Rykaczewo from getting a goal against them. GKS Katowice's Milosz Drab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kacper Fetor in the 26th minute of play. Kacper Fetor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Rykaczewo's Andrzej Cipinski got control of the ball when Dariusz Czempa tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Kacper Fetor came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Rykaczewo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kacper Fetor couldn't finish the play. Bogumil Marud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bogumil Marud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Milosz Drab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kacper Fetor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bogumil Marud to strike the kick off in the second half. GKS Katowice's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Bogumil Marud scored to the left of an out of position Milosz Drab, making the score, 1-2. In the 69th match minute, GKS Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Jestrimski to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, one of GKS Katowice:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GKS Katowice. The supporters of GKS Katowice booed when Rykaczewo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulryk Spychalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateusz Weyna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Andrzej Cipinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kacper Fetor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bogumil Marud in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Milosz Drab prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st minute, GKS Katowice's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bogumil Marud fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Mateusz Weyna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rykaczewo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
