Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Radomil Lampa took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Ruch's Roland Piszczor got control of the ball when Stefan Huratiak tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Radomil Lampa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 6 minutes, Bernard Koprowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC LECH JUVE and the Ruch players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ruch booed when FC LECH JUVE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Koprowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ruch's Radomil Lampa in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC LECH JUVE's goalie prevented a goal. Roland Piszczor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstanty Marek, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 18 minutes, Boleslaw Zakrzewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC LECH JUVE and the Ruch players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute of the match Leon Gomolka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wasyl Sochacki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wasyl Sochacki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radomil Lampa went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 32 minutes into the game, Konstanty Marek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roland Piszczor. Konstanty Marek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Roland Piszczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstanty Marek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roland Piszczor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Huratiak in the 38th minute. Stefan Huratiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Piszczor having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Szczepan Filanowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefan Huratiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Roland Piszczor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konstanty Marek to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Stefan Huratiak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Piszczor was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Roland Piszczor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstanty Marek in the 62nd minute of the match. Roland Piszczor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wasyl Sochacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Lampa, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Stefan Huratiak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
