Cezary Paciuszko scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cyprian Czysty, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Radoslaw Harendarski's late challenge caught a Matełusz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radoslaw Harendarski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, GKS Sharks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radoslaw Harendarski to maneuver through the defense. GKS Sharks's Bogdan Ziemba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Byczewski in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Matełusz's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Paciuszko came free, but Cyprian Czysty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barnaba Trzemzalski was slow to take the kick. During this time GKS Sharks's players had a chance to rest. Cyprian Czysty was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Barnaba Trzemzalski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 63 minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, GKS Sharks's Cezary Paciuszko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cyprian Czysty narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Radoslaw Harendarski struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Cyprian Czysty didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GKS Sharks. GKS Sharks played a much better game than Matełusz and deserved their victory. The Matełusz players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
