Marcin Pietrowiak came out of the goal and Dariusz Skoroda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonard Poniewaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Piotr Piwowarskis short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Marcin Pietrowiak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Piotr Marek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teobald Koczara having to make a save. After some careless play in the Gwiazda Południa Zarzecze defense, Eugeniusz Nowak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teobald Koczara. The Gwiazda Południa Zarzecze fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teobald Koczara should have stopped the shot. Hugon Skarpiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Hugon Skarpiak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zofiów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dariusz Skoroda to strike the kick off in the second half. Teobald Koczara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Skarpiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Piotr Piwowarski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Dariusz Skoroda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gwiazda Południa Zarzecze's Teobald Koczara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Skarpiak in the 78th minute of play. After 86 played minutes Zofiów got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Poniewaz. In the 96th minute Hugon Skarpiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Koczara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Zofiów left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gwiazda Południa Zarzecze.
