Spectators: 7146 (Terracing: 5521, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bartosz Rydzewski got the match started through his kick off. Michal Joks made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartlomiej Cisek in the 5th minute. Bartlomiej Cisek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Joks having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartlomiej Cisek in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michal Joks saved stal staromiescie from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in stal staromiescie's zone, Bartlomiej Cisek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Joks came out of the goal and Bartlomiej Cisek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bartlomiej Cisek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Michal Joks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aleksander Lepper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th match minute, stal staromiescie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Cuber to maneuver through the defense. After 28 minutes, Edgar Cuber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the stal staromiescie and the KS Górnik Brzeszcze players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edgar Cuber hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, stal staromiescie's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Rydzewski came free, but Michal Joks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bartlomiej Cisek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Joks having to interfere. Bartosz Rydzewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michal Joks having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zbigniew Winszman to make the kick off. Marcin Kasiewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Winszman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Bartosz Rydzewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of stal staromiescie booed when KS Górnik Brzeszcze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksander Lepper didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbigniew Winszman in the 61st minute of play forced KS Górnik Brzeszcze's goalkeeper Marcin Kasiewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS Górnik Brzeszcze's Marcin Kasiewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbigniew Winszman in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in stal staromiescie's zone, Dawid Dlugi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Joks came out of the goal and Dawid Dlugi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bartlomiej Cisek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michal Joks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartlomiej Cisek in the 81st minute of the match. A collision led to stal staromiescie getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Piotr Piekarczyk hit a great ball. When Herbert Gongola, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 84 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marcin Kasiewski was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Zbigniew Winszman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcin Kasiewski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartosz Rydzewski in the 88th minute of play forced stal staromiescie's goalkeeper Michal Joks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Aleksander Lepper notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of stal staromiescie's Michal Joks. Michal Joks was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dawid Dlugi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Joks having to interfere. KS Górnik Brzeszcze's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
