Glewo's Marian Kaczanka got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miromir Hetman kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Marian Kaczanka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dobromir Czerny made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bogumil Szkaradek in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Kaczanka in the 16th minute of play forced Arsenal Legnica's goalkeeper Dobromir Czerny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal Legnica's zone, Marian Kaczanka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dobromir Czerny came out of the goal and Marian Kaczanka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Glewo booed when Arsenal Legnica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miromir Hetman didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ryszard Skonieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee gave Glewo a penalty, 28 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roman Traczewski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arsenal Legnica's Dobromir Czerny. 1-0. Bogumil Szkaradek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Dobromir Czerny made a huge save. 39 minutes into the match, Arsenal Legnica's goalkeeper Dobromir Czerny had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogumil Szkaradek. In the 40th play minute Marian Kaczanka came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dobromir Czerny. 2-0. Marian Kaczanka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dobromir Czerny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Miromir Hetman made the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Arsenal Legnica fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! Marian Kaczanka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Dobromir Czerny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Glewo's Bogumil Szkaradek in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arsenal Legnica's goalie prevented a goal. Marian Kaczanka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dobromir Czerny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Glewo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arsenal Legnica the free kick. A collision led to Glewo getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ryszard Skonieczny hit a great ball. When Marian Kaczanka came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Glewo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marian Kaczanka couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute, Marian Kaczanka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dobromir Czerny was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bogumil Szkaradek in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dobromir Czerny saved Arsenal Legnica from getting behind. In the 79th minute, Miromir Hetman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marian Kaczanka in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dobromir Czerny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 83 minutes into the game, Ryszard Skonieczny cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Dobromir Czerny was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arsenal Legnica's Dobromir Czerny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Kaczanka in the 88th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Marian Kaczanka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Dobromir Czerny was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marian Kaczanka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Dobromir Czerny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Glewo fully deserved thier win.
