Piła's Cyryl Dulka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgierd Zerde in the 17th minute of play. Olaf Paprotny hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Izydor Ludzia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patryk Jucha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Pawel Pochorylo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Izydor Ludzia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Pochorylo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patryk Jucha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Pawel Pochorylo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Koniuszowa SSA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Piła:s goal. The referee gave Piła a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Janusz Olejniczak, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Koniuszowa SSA's Pawel Pochorylo. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Dariusz Harbaszewski made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Piła's Izydor Ludzia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pawel Pochorylo. That made the score 1-2 after 63 minutes of play. After having played for 67 minutes, Patryk Jucha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piła's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patryk Jucha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dariusz Harbaszewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Cyryl Dulka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pawel Pochorylo was a little too slow when Izydor Ludzia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 1-3. Izydor Ludzia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pawel Pochorylo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izydor Ludzia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patryk Jucha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pawel Pochorylo having to interfere. The supporters of Piła booed when Koniuszowa SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Rzeszutek didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes in the game, Patryk Jucha fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Pawel Pochorylo having to interfere. Piła's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
