Spectators: 7293 (Terracing: 5472, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 144) FC Shady Katowice's Sebastian Rasiak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bogumil Majorski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maksymilian Kaszubowski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Polakowski in the 10th minute of play forced FC Shady Katowice's goalkeeper Sylwester Marut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boruc Hodas hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Waldemar Jaraczeski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sylwester Marut showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bogumil Majorski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maksymilian Kaszubowski having to make a save. Sylwester Marut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Mudry in the 18th minute of play. Maksymilian Kaszubowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bogumil Majorski went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the game, Radomil Polakowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sylwester Marut was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dawid Cipinski's late challenge caught a Sobolewo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dawid Cipinski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Shady Katowice's Dawid Cipinski got a free kick in the 28th minute. Sobolewo's Maksymilian Kaszubowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Rasiak in the 31st minute of play. If Radomil Polakowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radomil Polakowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylwester Marut having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radomil Polakowski in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sylwester Marut saved FC Shady Katowice from getting behind. Radomil Polakowski struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Sylwester Marut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sobolewo. Sobolewo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Waldemar Jaraczeski in the 62nd minute. In the 62nd match minute, FC Shady Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Majorski to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Waldemar Jaraczeski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sobolewo's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldemar Jaraczeski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sylwester Marut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Radomil Polakowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dawid Cipinski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. Dawid Cipinski hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Bogumil Majorski managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Shady Katowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogumil Majorski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maksymilian Kaszubowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marian Dzierwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maksymilian Kaszubowski having to interfere. Sylwester Marut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Polakowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Klement Mudry kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 78thth minute. Though ot was a great shot FC Shady Katowice's keeper Sylwester Marut was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Radomil Polakowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylwester Marut having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Wawrzyniec Domalik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klement Mudry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, FC Shady Katowice's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Polakowski came free, but Sylwester Marut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Radomil Polakowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sylwester Marut. That made the score 1-4 in the 90 minute of play. The FC Shady Katowice supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sobolewo's performance. The match ended with a win for Sobolewo.
