Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Szczepan Czempa made the kick off which started today's match. Waldemar Bronder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Czeberowski having to interfere. Karwia's Boguslaw Czeberowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Hyska in the 5th minute of play. Karwia's Michal Misiewicz suffered a sore thigh after 9 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 9 minutes, Leon Cholewa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Niziny and the Karwia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Niziny's Leon Cholewa got a free kick in the 10th minute. A collision led to Karwia getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Edward Napierkowski hit a great ball. Waldemar Bronder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Boguslaw Czeberowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karwia's Stanislaw Karanewski got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Cezary Gacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Karwia's Cezary Gacki got a free kick in the 37th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Niziny's Tanek Winszman tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Bronder in the 40th minute of play forced Karwia's goalkeeper Boguslaw Czeberowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Borowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karwia's Damian Borowski got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zachariasz Hyska to strike the kick off in the second half. Artur Skoroda struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Boguslaw Czeberowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Niziny. Karwia's Stanislaw Karanewski got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karwia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Zachariasz Hyska 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. Zachariasz Hyska received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Boguslaw Czeberowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damian Borowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Tusk having to interfere. After 79 minutes of play Niziny's Leon Cholewa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Niziny's Leon Cholewa got a free kick in the 80th minute. Boguslaw Czeberowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waldemar Bronder in the 86th minute. If Fabian Mierzejewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ksawery Mleczewski hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Niziny eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
