Swoszowa SSA's Franciszek Bronicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Dziatkowski in the 7th minute of play. If Zenon Slazak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Slawomir Dziatkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franciszek Bronicki was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Skiwy's Beniamin Tomporowski has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 17th minute. Slawomir Dziatkowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franciszek Bronicki having to make a save. A collision led to Swoszowa SSA getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Witold Kluczyk hit a great ball. In the 20th minute of the match Stefan Sikola sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Franciszek Bronicki skillfully saved the ball. Slawomir Dziatkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Bronicki having to interfere. Franciszek Bronicki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zenon Slazak's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Zenon Slazak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franciszek Bronicki having to make a save. If Zenon Slazak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Skiwy's Slawomir Dziatkowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franciszek Bronicki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zenon Slazak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Witold Kluczyk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Stanislaw Jucha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dobromir Puchlik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Franciszek Bronicki managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Skiwy's Slawomir Dziatkowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 66 played minutes Skiwy got a freekick which was hit by Beniamin Tomporowski. Izydor Zakrzewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 0-2 became the score in the 68th minute when Zenon Slazak elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Swoszowa SSA's zone, Slawomir Dziatkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franciszek Bronicki came out of the goal and Slawomir Dziatkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Pilsudski hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Stanislaw Jucha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Izydor Zakrzewski's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. In the 86th minute, Zenon Slazak fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Zenon Slazak came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Skiwy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zenon Slazak couldn't finish the play. Zenon Slazak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Swoszowa SSA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Skiwy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
