Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hammer's Wawrzyniec Bendyk started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Lucjan Hodas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Hammer's Jurand Trzaskoma. Jurand Trzaskoma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in PKS Międzyrzec's zone, Bartosz Dudkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikolaj Gongola came out of the goal and Bartosz Dudkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hammer's Bartosz Dudkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Szymon Hatman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jurand Trzaskoma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PKS Międzyrzec's Lucjan Hodas got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafal Wydrych charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafal Wydrych the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of PKS Międzyrzec booed when Hammer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafal Wydrych didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Lucjan Hodas came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the PKS Międzyrzec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Hodas couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute, Szczepan Trzaskoma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wawrzyniec Bendyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szymon Hatman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jurand Trzaskoma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Szymon Hatman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurand Trzaskoma having to interfere. If Lucjan Hodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucjan Hodas made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Hammer's Wawrzyniec Bendyk got a free kick in the 54th minute. Jurand Trzaskoma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Hodas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafal Wydrych sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bartosz Dudkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Hammer's Jurand Trzaskoma got control of the ball when Szymon Hatman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Szymon Hatman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jurand Trzaskoma came out and tried to block the shot, but Szymon Hatman slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 78th minute. If Szymon Hatman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Lucjan Hodas managed to get in a good position for a shot. PKS Międzyrzec's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucjan Hodas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jurand Trzaskoma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to PKS Międzyrzec getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Szczepan Trzaskoma hit a great ball. Szymon Hatman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucjan Hodas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jurand Trzaskoma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The PKS Międzyrzec supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing PKS Międzyrzec would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
