The supporters of FC CRO booed when Podobowice SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliusz Walicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Radomir Dziewulski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. Podobowice SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC CRO the free kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Podobowice SA's Wawrzyniec Osowski in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 61st minute, Aureliusz Walicki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Podobowice SA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Zdzislaw Dzerwucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wojciech Czeszejko in the 67th minute of play. Roman Cielencki was a little too slow when Radomir Dziewulski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wojciech Czeszejko in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Dzerwucki saved FC CRO from getting behind. Gwidon Ochylski might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zdzislaw Dzerwucki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Dziewulski in the 88th minute of play forced Podobowice SA's goalkeeper Roman Cielencki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wojciech Czeszejko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Dzerwucki having to interfere. In the 94thth minute of the game Gwidon Ochylski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC CRO's Zdzislaw Dzerwucki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The FC CRO supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC CRO would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
