The supporters of Strzelec Gdynia booed when Afro Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Wietrzychowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Szotek in the 63rd minute of play forced Afro Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Janusz Palzewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Strzelec Gdynia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomasz Szotek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jakub Dunajski kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rdth minute of the game Tomasz Szotek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Afro Sosnowiec's Janusz Palzewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dariusz Hodyl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Afro Sosnowiec players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
