Piotr Kinic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Okraszewski in the 5th minute of play. Juliusz Basaik took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Piotr Kinic. Piotr Kinic dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mateusz Gacki had great luck who in the 20thth minute grab hold of the ball when Gustaw Knopek from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After a rather tough play, PGE GKS Bełchatów's Mateusz Tyski got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Zbyszek Moryl sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and PGE GKS Bełchatów's Mateusz Gacki didn't even have to move. Wawrzyniec Ogrodowicz struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Mateusz Gacki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ◇VSC◆fcBaRtKóW NoWy. Gustaw Knopek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateusz Gacki having to interfere. After a rather tough play, PGE GKS Bełchatów's Mateusz Tyski got a free kick in the 28th minute. Piotr Kinic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Okraszewski in the 30th minute of the match. Gustaw Knopek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateusz Gacki having to interfere. Wit Rakoski shot from long distance in the 38th minute, but Mateusz Gacki was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. 42 minutes in the game, Gustaw Knopek fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mateusz Gacki having to interfere. If Gustaw Knopek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. PGE GKS Bełchatów's Mateusz Gacki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save PGE GKS Bełchatów from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustaw Knopek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, PGE GKS Bełchatów's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Knopek came free, but Mateusz Gacki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, ◇VSC◆fcBaRtKóW NoWy's Julian Rzeszutek seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Julian Rzeszutek the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ◇VSC◆fcBaRtKóW NoWy protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Julian Rzeszutek had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 0-2 came through a penalty shot after 62 played minutes, when PGE GKS Bełchatów:s Tymoteusz Klucznik calmly waited for ◇VSC◆fcBaRtKóW NoWy:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Zbyszek Moryl kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, PGE GKS Bełchatów's Tymoteusz Klucznik tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of PGE GKS Bełchatów booed when ◇VSC◆fcBaRtKóW NoWy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslaw Hetman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gwidon Okraszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zenon Mietus's late challenge caught a ◇VSC◆fcBaRtKóW NoWy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zenon Mietus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, PGE GKS Bełchatów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenon Mietus to maneuver through the defense. The attack was good, but when Gustaw Knopek in the 82nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a defensive mix-up in PGE GKS Bełchatów's zone, Miroslaw Hetman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateusz Gacki came out of the goal and Miroslaw Hetman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mateusz Gacki came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by ◇VSC◆fcBaRtKóW NoWy's Gustaw Knopek. But to his dismay, Gustaw Knopek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Mateusz Gacki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaw Knopek in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliusz Basaik in the 96th minute of play forced ◇VSC◆fcBaRtKóW NoWy's goalkeeper Piotr Kinic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateusz Gacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Knopek, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
