Sebastian Lenertej started the match with the kick off. When Kazimierz Kinic fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Husaria Poznań's protests and gave Kazimierz Kinic a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Husaria Poznań getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Kazimierz Kinic hit a great ball. Edgar Augustyn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radoslaw Borcz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Kazimierz Kinic was shown his second yellow card after 7 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of ROBERTUS booed when Husaria Poznań was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Kinic didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Radoslaw Borcz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Radoslaw Borcz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patryk Zatorski in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Patryk Zatorski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alfred Wozniak might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Paciuszko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfred Wozniak ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute, Patryk Zatorski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 1-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Edgar Augustyn elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Radoslaw Borcz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patryk Zatorski, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Patryk Zatorski managed to get in a good position for a shot. ROBERTUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Patryk Zatorski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radoslaw Borcz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfred Wozniak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the ROBERTUS defense, Alfred Wozniak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Paciuszko. The ROBERTUS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Paciuszko should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patryk Zatorski made a kick off. Edgar Augustyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Radoslaw Borcz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patryk Zatorski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Edgar Augustyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslaw Borcz having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ROBERTUS had won after a very even match.
