Norbert Marajda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cezary Jaszcz having to interfere. Zachary Jenkot's late challenge caught a Targowisko SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zachary Jenkot helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Widzew Czestochowa getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Zachary Jenkot hit a great ball. Robert Chwalkiewicz, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 15th minute, Ryszard Swoboda fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cyryl Smuskiewicz, passed just outside the right post. Bartlomiej Tarasek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cezary Jaszcz having to interfere. Cyryl Smuskiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryszard Swoboda in the 20th minute of the match. Cezary Jaszcz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Marajda, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Cezary Jaszcz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norbert Marajda went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cyryl Smuskiewicz stood somewhat misplaced when Iwan Oryniak came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 26 minute. Norbert Marajda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cezary Jaszcz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartlomiej Tarasek in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Bartlomiej Tarasek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Targowisko SA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Marajda in the 43rd minute of play forced Widzew Czestochowa's goalkeeper Cezary Jaszcz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Ryszard Swoboda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Widzew Czestochowa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Targowisko SA the free kick. 45 minutes into the match, Widzew Czestochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Marajda came free, but Cezary Jaszcz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norbert Marajda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norbert Marajda was the one to do the kick off. Tanek Dytrych struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Cezary Jaszcz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Targowisko SA. 55 minutes into the match, Widzew Czestochowa's goalkeeper Cezary Jaszcz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartlomiej Tarasek. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartlomiej Tarasek got free with Cezary Jaszcz in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roch Ziemba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyryl Smuskiewicz having to interfere. Bartlomiej Tarasek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Cezary Jaszcz made a huge save. Widzew Czestochowa's Cezary Jaszcz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Marajda in the 72nd minute of play. Iwan Oryniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyryl Smuskiewicz having to interfere. Norbert Marajda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cezary Jaszcz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wiktor Misiewicz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 91 minute of play. The Widzew Czestochowa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Targowisko SA's performance. The match ended with a win for Targowisko SA.
