Szczepan Bucyki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ryszard Swoboda showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Bartosz Szel struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Radoslaw Prokowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gadów SSA. Gadów SSA's Szczepan Bucyki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wlodzimierz Dziedziak in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Ignacy Mroczynski made a precise shot to the right of Szczepan Bucyki. Gadów SSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Radoslaw Prokowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartosz Szel's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. If Dobromir Latocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyprian Rosiewicz got free with Szczepan Bucyki in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gadów SSA's Bartosz Szel got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dobromir Latocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Modrzewek SA's Wlodzimierz Dziedziak pulled a muscle in his back after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Janusz Blicharz charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janusz Blicharz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Dobromir Latocha came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Gadów SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dobromir Latocha couldn't finish the play. Grzegorz Ciechocki's late challenge caught a Modrzewek SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Grzegorz Ciechocki helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Modrzewek SA booed when Gadów SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cyprian Rosiewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Ignacy Mroczynski hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Cyprian Rosiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Szczepan Bucyki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyprian Rosiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 67 minutes into the match, Gadów SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Swoboda came free, but Szczepan Bucyki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kryspin Hajder charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 80 minutes of play, Modrzewek SA's Ryszard Swoboda made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Szczepan Bucyki was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 83 played minutes Modrzewek SA got a freekick which was hit by Ryszard Swoboda. Ulryk Ciszewski charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulryk Ciszewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute, one of Modrzewek SA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Modrzewek SA. Walery Lodowy shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cyprian Rosiewicz in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Szczepan Bucyki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Modrzewek SA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
