Gronkowo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ksawery Pyczkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Redu Przemyśl's Roland Lato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Misiorowski in the 11th minute of play. Adam Czech charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adam Czech the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Redu Przemyśl booed when Gronkowo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Czech didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gronkowo's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Redu Przemyśl had won, even though Gronkowo had held more of the ball.
