After having played for 2 minutes, Jacek Adamus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Podzborów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacek Adamus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mieszko Ligas's late challenge caught a Real Bartniki's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mieszko Ligas helped the player get up and apologised. Mieszko Ligas hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Antoni Faron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ziemowit Absolwent was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Real Bartniki's Boguslaw Kasiewski got a free kick in the 19th minute. Witold Sidor was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Daniel Tarasek. 26 minutes into the match, Real Bartniki's goalkeeper Witold Sidor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dariusz Walicki. After a defensive mix-up in Podzborów's zone, Ziemowit Skonieczny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ziemowit Absolwent came out of the goal and Ziemowit Skonieczny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antoni Faron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 played minutes Real Bartniki got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Faron. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacek Adamus in the 46th minute of play forced Real Bartniki's goalkeeper Witold Sidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jacek Adamus made the kick off in the second half. Witold Sidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Walicki in the 53rd minute of play. Jacek Adamus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witold Sidor having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Jacek Adamus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Witold Sidor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Bartniki's goalkeeper Witold Sidor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antoni Faron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ziemowit Absolwent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antoni Faron struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Ziemowit Absolwent didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Bartniki. Podzborów's Ziemowit Absolwent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boguslaw Kasiewski in the 82nd minute of play. If Antoni Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Real Bartniki booed when Podzborów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wieslaw Kapinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Witold Sidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Walicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Real Bartniki players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Podzborów.
