If Rafal Balkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Klement Bakes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wincenty Kanczuszewski in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Red Bull Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Balkiewicz came free, but Klement Bakes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Rafal Balkiewicz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Klement Bakes. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Rafal Balkiewicz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 12th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 33rd minute, Fabian Degutis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Klement Bakes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Wincenty Kanczuszewski scored 3-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Klement Bakes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Klement Sala came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Red Bull Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klement Sala couldn't finish the play. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for IKS Olkusz! In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Red Bull Football Club. Benedykt Bejrut stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Janusz Zgonina. 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Rafal Balkiewicz made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, IKS Olkusz's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Klement Sala fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 66th minute, Iwo Bielejewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 69 minutes, Fabian Degutis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IKS Olkusz and the Red Bull Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fabian Degutis kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Klement Sala got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Wincenty Kanczuszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wincenty Kanczuszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klement Bakes having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Wincenty Kanczuszewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Klement Bakes came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by IKS Olkusz's Wincenty Kanczuszewski. But to his dismay, Wincenty Kanczuszewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After 86 played minutes Red Bull Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Benedykt Burowski. IKS Olkusz's Wasyl Zacharek couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Red Bull Football Club. Wincenty Kanczuszewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 97 minutes into the game, IKS Olkusz's Rafal Balkiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Klement Bakes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1.
