Red Bull Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Polakowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Janusz Zgonina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in IKS Olkusz's zone, Roman Polakowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janusz Zgonina came out of the goal and Roman Polakowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Rafal Balkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IKS Olkusz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafal Balkiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wincenty Kanczuszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klement Bakes having to interfere. Sebastian Zacharczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Klement Sala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Janusz Zgonina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Klement Sala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iwo Bielejewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. The supporters of IKS Olkusz booed when Red Bull Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antoni Dobrzechowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Red Bull Football Club's goalkeeper Klement Bakes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wincenty Kanczuszewski. Red Bull Football Club were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
