Robert Klimkiewicz hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Gusten's Zbyszek Pleban got control of the ball when Florian Riou tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Gusten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piotr Zacharczyk to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Marian Trac from long distance, 24 minutes into the match, got Zbyszek Pleban's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florian Riou in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbyszek Pleban prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zbyszek Pleban was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Radomil Poremba. In the 32nd minute, Dariusz Ludwiczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gusten fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Zbyszek Pleban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigor Melkumyants in the 37th minute of the match. Piotr Zacharczyk hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Klement Tomaszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Grigor Melkumyants shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Pleban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Bosman Szczecin's Boleslaw Karp was substituted for Mikolaj Debowski. The supporters of Gusten booed when Bosman Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Trac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marian Trac charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marian Trac the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marian Trac hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Boleslaw Karp took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zbyszek Pleban. Gusten's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 66th minute Grigor Melkumyants shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Pleban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute of the match Bosman Szczecin got a corner. Gusten's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florian Riou ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Florian Riou got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zbyszek Pleban quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 73rd minute, Grigor Melkumyants left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bosman Szczecin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Zbyszek Pleban came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Bosman Szczecin's Grigor Melkumyants. But to his dismay, Grigor Melkumyants quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After some careless play in the Gusten defense, Grigor Melkumyants kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbyszek Pleban. The Gusten fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbyszek Pleban should have stopped the shot. Florian Riou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Zbyszek Pleban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Grigor Melkumyants notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Gusten's Zbyszek Pleban. Zbyszek Pleban was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bosman Szczecin walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
