After some careless play in the Runice defense, Olgierd Niedziela kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maciej Parzysz. The Runice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maciej Parzysz should have stopped the shot. Arkadiusz Juchno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Okraszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute Eugeniusz Barycz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maciej Parzysz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Jurand Matuch notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Runice's Maciej Parzysz. The crowd rose to their feet as Deny UTD's Olgierd Niedziela slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maciej Parzysz. That made the score 0-17 after 80 minutes of play. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Jurand Matuch got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boguslaw Jankowski during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Olgierd Niedziela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maciej Parzysz was relentless in the 88th minute of the game.
