Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5651, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 100) RKS Huwdu's Jacek Debowy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando Pilla to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute Iwan Lagiewniki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Wierzchowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Iwan Lagiewniki notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Katowice's Jerzy Wierzchowski. Jerzy Wierzchowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute, Jacek Debowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th match minute, RKS Huwdu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Olejarz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of RKS Huwdu booed when Katowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Jurgiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominik Jurgiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustaw Turak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Rosen, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Leszek Murdza's late challenge caught a RKS Huwdu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leszek Murdza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Leszek Murdza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Radowit Olejarz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 33 minutes on the clock, Võ Vo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 33rd minute, one of Katowice:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Katowice. Jerzy Wierzchowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Lagiewniki in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of RKS Huwdu booed when Katowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinando Pilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half RKS Huwdu were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antoni Rosen was the one to do the kick off. Gustaw Turak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoni Rosen in the 52nd minute of play. After 65 played minutes RKS Huwdu got a freekick which was hit by Rafal Pilipiec. Antoni Rosen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stelios Astaris's late challenge caught a RKS Huwdu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stelios Astaris helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stelios Astaris to maneuver through the defense. After 72 minutes of play, RKS Huwdu's Iwan Lagiewniki made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerzy Wierzchowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Iwan Lagiewniki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacek Debowy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jerzy Wierzchowski. That made the score 0-4 in the 77 minute of play. Jerzy Wierzchowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwan Lagiewniki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Antoni Rosen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacek Debowy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Wierzchowski having to interfere. Jacek Debowy took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerzy Wierzchowski. Jerzy Wierzchowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Jacek Debowy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Katowice supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching RKS Huwdu's performance. The match ended with a win for RKS Huwdu.
