But to his dismay, Aleksander Paprotny quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Liverpool Jaslo's goalkeeper Florian Pacholewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Liverpool Jaslo's Gilbert Sadlowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walery Bambas. That made the score 1-1 after 13 minutes of play. In the 19th minute of the match Wiktor Dula shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florian Pacholewski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Borowiec's Zenon Chowaniec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florian Pacholewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Waldemar Cisek's late challenge caught a Liverpool Jaslo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waldemar Cisek helped the player get up and apologised. If Julian Kisiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Liverpool Jaslo's goalkeeper Florian Pacholewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Borowiec's Aleksander Paprotny in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liverpool Jaslo's goalie prevented a goal. Florian Pacholewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Chowaniec in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Gilbert Sadlowski made the kick off in the second half. Zenon Chowaniec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Liverpool Jaslo's Florian Pacholewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Liverpool Jaslo from getting a goal against them. Zenon Chowaniec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Pacholewski having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Aleksander Paprotny got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Walery Bambas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Buczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walery Bambas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Sadlowski in the 83rd minute of the match. Borowiec's Walery Bambas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Sadlowski in the 89th minute of play. Aleksander Paprotny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Liverpool Jaslo's zone, Aleksander Paprotny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Pacholewski came out of the goal and Aleksander Paprotny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Borowiec left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Liverpool Jaslo.
