In the 6th minute of the game, Florian Brzonkala landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grzegorz Turak during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Grzegorz Turak hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Zula Sochacki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Themistoklis Nikolaidis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fenix mini's zone, Themistoklis Nikolaidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zula Sochacki came out of the goal and Themistoklis Nikolaidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Rayo Nets Zaw's Bartosz Cupial got a free kick in the 20th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 60 played minutes Fenix mini got a freekick which was hit by Grzegorz Turak. 61 minutes into the match, Rayo Nets Zaw's Ignacy Kaszubowski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Themistoklis Nikolaidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Zula Sochacki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ignacy Kaszubowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. Kala Repa hit a great ball. Bartosz Cupial might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zula Sochacki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartosz Cupial ran back to his position shaking his head. Zula Sochacki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themistoklis Nikolaidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Themistoklis Nikolaidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
