With a little luck, Kotliszowice's Arkadiusz Wojtyna got control of the ball when Johannes Ekerot tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kotliszowice's zone, Arí das Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arkadiusz Wojtyna came out of the goal and Arí das Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hélio Quaresma got free with Arkadiusz Wojtyna in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the game, Wisłoka Nowy Żmigród's Johannes Ekerot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arkadiusz Wojtyna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Jerzy Lech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Klement Grabski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tytus Kalinowski in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Tomasz Napierkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klement Grabski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arkadiusz Wojtyna was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Johannes Ekerot showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. Wisłoka Nowy Żmigród's Wilfredo Paulin got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the game, Jacek Jerzyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kotliszowice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wisłoka Nowy Żmigród the free kick. Jacek Jerzyk hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The supporters of Wisłoka Nowy Żmigród booed when Kotliszowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacek Jerzyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Johannes Ekerot notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Kotliszowice's Arkadiusz Wojtyna. Arkadiusz Wojtyna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute, Johannes Ekerot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wisłoka Nowy Żmigród made a substitution. Cyryl Furgat replaced Wilfredo Paulin. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arí das Neves was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Wisłoka Nowy Żmigród was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arí das Neves to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Radoslaw Kloczko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Arí das Neves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arkadiusz Wojtyna was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Arí das Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Arkadiusz Wojtyna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Arí das Neves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wisłoka Nowy Żmigród fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Wisłoka Nowy Żmigród had won after a very even match.
