The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Slawomir Ogrodowicz put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Herbert Okopny. In the 19th minute Rikard Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Okopny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Nechifor Hurezan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LKS Goczałkowice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rudziole the free kick. After 20 played minutes LKS Goczałkowice got a freekick which was hit by Nechifor Hurezan. Rudziole's Wit Waselenczuk couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for LKS Goczałkowice. Slawomir Ogrodowicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herbert Okopny having to make a save. Rikard Löfgren succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rikard Löfgren in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herbert Okopny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th match minute, LKS Goczałkowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Drzewucki to maneuver through the defense. Rudziole's Herbert Okopny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Löfgren in the 33rd minute of play. Herbert Okopny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikard Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Artur Maziarski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Patryk Lepucki hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Herbert Okopny made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slawomir Ogrodowicz in the 42nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Herbert Okopny successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 46 minutes, Aureliusz Zachemski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LKS Goczałkowice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliusz Zachemski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

With his leg Igor Barowicz managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Rudziole's Wiktor Wielkopolski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 54th minute, Rikard Löfgren made a precise shot to the right of Herbert Okopny. Rudziole's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Nechifor Hurezan kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes Rudziole got a freekick which was hit by Igor Sobania. Patryk Lepucki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Igor Barowicz made a huge save. Rudziole's Herbert Okopny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Löfgren in the 66th minute of play. Herbert Okopny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Löfgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Okopny was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Rudziole's Wiktor Wielkopolski got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute, Rikard Löfgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herbert Okopny was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. LKS Goczałkowice's Artur Maziarski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wit Waselenczuk in the 95 minute of the game. The LKS Goczałkowice fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when LKS Goczałkowice's Rikard Löfgren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There was no doubt that LKS Goczałkowice were the better team. LKS Goczałkowice's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
