Ke Rong Ping took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Hajduk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ke Rong Ping made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Wojtowicz in the 10th minute of play. Lázaro Veronica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Giants of Bydgoszcz's Igor Isaev got a free kick in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Hajduk in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ke Rong Ping saved Giants of Bydgoszcz from getting behind. After a rather tough play, GKS Bełchatów's Artur Wojtowicz got a free kick in the 18th minute. GKS Bełchatów's Zachariasz Logewnik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save GKS Bełchatów from getting a goal against them. Lázaro Veronica could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Zachariasz Logewnik made a huge save. In the 25th minute Sebastian Hajduk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ke Rong Ping saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Giants of Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Hajduk came free, but Ke Rong Ping reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Hajduk in the 28th minute of play forced Giants of Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Ke Rong Ping to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ke Rong Ping showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Hajduk in the 38th minute of the match. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind GKS Bełchatów's goalkeeper Zachariasz Logewnik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 46 minutes, Lázaro Veronica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Giants of Bydgoszcz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lázaro Veronica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Andrzej Loncki struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ke Rong Ping didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GKS Bełchatów. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrzej Loncki got free with Ke Rong Ping in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lázaro Veronica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachariasz Logewnik having to interfere. When Ulryk Czerner fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GKS Bełchatów's protests and gave Ulryk Czerner a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th match minute, GKS Bełchatów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulryk Czerner to maneuver through the defense. GKS Bełchatów's Zachariasz Logewnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Veronica in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Zenon Gondek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Veronica in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zachariasz Logewnik saved GKS Bełchatów from getting behind. The Giants of Bydgoszcz fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Giants of Bydgoszcz's Lázaro Veronica looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zachariasz Logewnik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Veronica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ke Rong Ping made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artur Wojtowicz in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, GKS Bełchatów's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Oryniak came free, but Zachariasz Logewnik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Boruc Rzegotka put in a rough tackle. Zenon Gondek was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Zachariasz Logewnik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Oryniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 96 played minutes, GKS Bełchatów's Dobromir Zdanowicz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ke Rong Ping came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GKS Bełchatów reached it. When the referee ended the match the Giants of Bydgoszcz players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
