After having played for 2 minutes, Witomir Maruda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brodziejów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witomir Maruda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Witomir Maruda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kacper Dombrowski having to make a save. Krzysztof Banas hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Brodziejów's Witomir Maruda got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in KS Toruń's zone, Witomir Maruda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kacper Dombrowski came out of the goal and Witomir Maruda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the game, Karol Gizynski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kacper Dombrowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Witomir Maruda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brodziejów's supporters rose to their feet, but Witomir Maruda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kacper Dombrowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The KS Toruń fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when KS Toruń's Grzegorz Miazga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Karol Gizynski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KS Toruń's Kacper Dombrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Gizynski in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Edward Huchro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kacper Dombrowski. KS Toruń's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Huchro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Edward Huchro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kacper Dombrowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Walczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Karol Gizynski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Edmund Walczak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brodziejów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Walczak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 48th minute of the match, Edmund Jajko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Klement Lichniak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karol Gizynski to make the kick off. The supporters of Brodziejów booed when KS Toruń was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Miazga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Witomir Maruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Kacper Dombrowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Brodziejów fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Brodziejów's Witomir Maruda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Witomir Maruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. Witomir Maruda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Kacper Dombrowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 77 minutes into the game, Karol Gizynski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Kacper Dombrowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Witomir Maruda hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Karol Gizynski might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kacper Dombrowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karol Gizynski ran back to his position shaking his head. Witomir Maruda in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kacper Dombrowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Brodziejów getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Karol Gizynski hit a great ball. Witomir Maruda might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kacper Dombrowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Witomir Maruda ran back to his position shaking his head. Witomir Maruda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Kacper Dombrowski made a huge save. When the match was over Brodziejów could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KS Toruń throughout the match.
