In the 6th minute, Esteban Lekubegi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zdzislaw Zbikowski. The goal made the score 1-0. Carlos Augusto Arruda hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Esteban Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, KP Skępe's Damian Haszczak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Zdzislaw Zbikowski was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Arnoud Ooms capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arnoud Ooms really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. After 31 minutes of play, KP Skępe's Esteban Lekubegi made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zdzislaw Zbikowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute, Arnoud Ooms fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as KP Skępe's Arnoud Ooms slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zdzislaw Zbikowski. That made the score 6-0 after 35 minutes of play. Zdzislaw Zbikowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stasio Sitko went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, Arnoud Ooms had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zdzislaw Zbikowski. Legioniści's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnoud Ooms was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. 47 minutes into the match, Legioniści's goal looked a bit too open when David Júdice came free, but Zdzislaw Zbikowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
