Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tanek Kapinos took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Mateusz Frankowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Bobrowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, K.S Speed Slask's goalkeeper Sylwester Bobrowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofil Gierlach. 7 minutes into the match, Tanek Kapinos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Plathe's Wincent Kilarski. Wincent Kilarski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wiktor Przybylo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Sylwester Bobrowski made a huge save. K.S Speed Slask's Radowit Jenkot was substituted for Tanek Kapinos. The supporters of K.S Speed Slask booed when Plathe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbigniew Andryszyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Plathe's goal looked a bit too open when Bartlomiej Soszka came free, but Wincent Kilarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radowit Jenkot in the 21st minute of play forced Plathe's goalkeeper Wincent Kilarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sylwester Bobrowski came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Plathe's Lucjan Ziemniak. But to his dismay, Lucjan Ziemniak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Radowit Jenkot's late challenge caught a Plathe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radowit Jenkot helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Plathe booed when K.S Speed Slask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radowit Jenkot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucjan Ziemniak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sylwester Bobrowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. K.S Speed Slask's Sylwester Bobrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Ziemniak in the 31st minute of play. In the 31st minute, Kazimierz Brataniec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sylwester Bobrowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofil Gierlach in the 36th minute. Mateusz Frankowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sylwester Bobrowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franciszek Popowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Radowit Jenkot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wincent Kilarski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucjan Ziemniak to strike the kick off in the second half. Przemyslaw Motyl kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Lucjan Ziemniak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sylwester Bobrowski was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. K.S Speed Slask's Sylwester Bobrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Frankowski in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radowit Jenkot got free with Wincent Kilarski in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sylwester Bobrowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiktor Przybylo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Lucjan Ziemniak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sylwester Bobrowski having to make a save. Sylwester Bobrowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Ziemniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. With a little luck, Plathe's Wincent Kilarski got control of the ball when Witomir Miarka tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franciszek Popowicz during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, K.S Speed Slask was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Jenkot to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Kazimierz Brataniec reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wincent Kilarski. The goal made the score 1-3. Wincent Kilarski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Stasio Debowski. 90 minutes into the match, Plathe's goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Jenkot came free, but Wincent Kilarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wincent Kilarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radowit Jenkot in the 92nd minute of play. Mateusz Frankowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Sylwester Bobrowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind K.S Speed Slask's goalkeeper Sylwester Bobrowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Plathe lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
