After 10 minutes of play, Chorwatttcja's Jaroslaw Czajka made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manolo Rivas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Chorwatttcja booed when KP Energetyk Chrość was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Pinczewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Chorwatttcja defense, Jacek Bejgier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robert Charlos. The Chorwatttcja fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Charlos should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind KP Energetyk Chrość's goalkeeper Manolo Rivas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Marian Jarmulowicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manolo Rivas. KP Energetyk Chrość's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marian Jarmulowicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Dobromir Bielatowicz hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. If Marian Jarmulowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chorwatttcja's Robert Charlos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Pinczewski in the 35th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Dobromir Bielatowicz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robert Charlos. That made the score 2-3 in the 38 minute of play. Marcin Klucznik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Manolo Rivas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Dobromir Bielatowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Charlos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Charlos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Pinczewski in the 44th minute of play. When Dobromir Bielatowicz came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the KP Energetyk Chrość fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dobromir Bielatowicz couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Dobromir Bielatowicz made a precise shot to the right of Robert Charlos. Chorwatttcja's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 56 played minutes KP Energetyk Chrość got a freekick which was hit by Florian Chmelyk. In the 59th minute, Roman Gamza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chorwatttcja's Robert Charlos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobromir Bielatowicz in the 62nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Jacek Bejgier managed to get in a good position for a shot. KP Energetyk Chrość's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacek Bejgier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Charlos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robert Charlos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dobromir Bielatowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Roman Gamza hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Marian Jarmulowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Manolo Rivas made a huge save. Manolo Rivas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marian Jarmulowicz in the 74th minute. During the 75th minute of the match Dobromir Bielatowicz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. Bobby Orchard scored 4-3 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Charlos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, KP Energetyk Chrość's Manolo Rivas got control of the ball when Marian Jarmulowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaroslaw Czajka might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manolo Rivas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaroslaw Czajka ran back to his position shaking his head. When Jacek Bejgier came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the KP Energetyk Chrość fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacek Bejgier couldn't finish the play. KP Energetyk Chrość's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
