Manolo Rivas made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Milosz Drzewucki sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, A.C. Gumi Elblag's goal looked a bit too open when Jacek Bejgier came free, but Remigiusz Gongola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remigiusz Gongola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobromir Bielatowicz in the 13th minute of the match. Manolo Rivas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Banan in the 14th minute of play. After 18 played minutes KP Energetyk Chrość got a freekick which was hit by Roman Gamza. In the last second Manolo Rivas throw himself and got hold of the ball when Bogdan Banan in the 21stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Remigiusz Gongola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Bielatowicz in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Banan in the 28th minute of play forced KP Energetyk Chrość's goalkeeper Manolo Rivas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cezary Ligas fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KP Energetyk Chrość's protests and gave Cezary Ligas a yellow card for diving instead. Cezary Ligas hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Witold Rydzewski kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Manolo Rivas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milosz Drzewucki in the 40th minute. Remigiusz Gongola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bobby Orchard in the 41st minute of the match. Remigiusz Gongola came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by KP Energetyk Chrość's Dobromir Bielatowicz. But to his dismay, Dobromir Bielatowicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The A.C. Gumi Elblag players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KP Energetyk Chrość were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bogdan Banan made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, one of KP Energetyk Chrość:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Manolo Rivas had in the 55thth minute some difficulties stopping Cezary Trojanowski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dobromir Bielatowicz got free with Remigiusz Gongola in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remigiusz Gongola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bobby Orchard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remigiusz Gongola made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Dobromir Bielatowicz sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, A.C. Gumi Elblag's Boguslaw Brataniec got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Jacek Bejgier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remigiusz Gongola was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 77 minutes, Bogdan Banan made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. KP Energetyk Chrość's Manolo Rivas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacek Bejgier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Remigiusz Gongola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in KP Energetyk Chrość's zone, Bogdan Banan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manolo Rivas came out of the goal and Bogdan Banan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 95 played minutes A.C. Gumi Elblag got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Kajfasz. Jacek Bejgier took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remigiusz Gongola. Remigiusz Gongola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The KP Energetyk Chrość players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
