Spectators: 7447 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 100) Stomil Olsztyn's Piotr Pilitowski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in A.C. Gumi Elblag's zone, Gilbert Kazanowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigiusz Gongola came out of the goal and Gilbert Kazanowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 5 minutes into the match, A.C. Gumi Elblag's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Pilitowski came free, but Remigiusz Gongola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute, Tolek Paraszczuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Piotr Pilitowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stomil Olsztyn's supporters rose to their feet, but Piotr Pilitowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigiusz Gongola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A.C. Gumi Elblag's Remigiusz Gongola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Buda in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Piotr Pilitowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Remigiusz Gongola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wincenty Chazon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, A.C. Gumi Elblag's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Buda came free, but Remigiusz Gongola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.C. Gumi Elblag's Remigiusz Gongola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Pilitowski in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, A.C. Gumi Elblag's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Buda came free, but Remigiusz Gongola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the A.C. Gumi Elblag defense, Piotr Pilitowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remigiusz Gongola. The A.C. Gumi Elblag fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remigiusz Gongola should have stopped the shot. Remigiusz Gongola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Pilitowski in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Ksawery Buda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigiusz Gongola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Buda in the 41st minute of play forced A.C. Gumi Elblag's goalkeeper Remigiusz Gongola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigiusz Gongola came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Stomil Olsztyn's Wincenty Chazon. But to his dismay, Wincenty Chazon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 46 minutes into the match, Ksawery Buda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remigiusz Gongola. A.C. Gumi Elblag's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ksawery Buda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After the first half Stomil Olsztyn were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to A.C. Gumi Elblag getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Cezary Trojanowski hit a great ball. A.C. Gumi Elblag's Remigiusz Gongola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save A.C. Gumi Elblag from getting a goal against them. The supporters of A.C. Gumi Elblag booed when Stomil Olsztyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wincenty Chazon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patryk Piwowarski hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Bogdan Banan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanek Praski having to interfere. Ksawery Buda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Remigiusz Gongola made a huge save. Piotr Pilitowski took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remigiusz Gongola. Remigiusz Gongola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. The audience was convinced that Piotr Pilitowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remigiusz Gongola was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Remigiusz Gongola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piotr Pilitowski went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. If Bogdan Banan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ksawery Buda got free with Remigiusz Gongola in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A.C. Gumi Elblag's Remigiusz Gongola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save A.C. Gumi Elblag from getting a goal against them. In the 95th minute, Tytus Giejda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cezary Trojanowski was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Stomil Olsztyn walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
