With a little luck, Stomil Olsztyn's Tanek Praski got control of the ball when Miroslaw Giec tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olgierd Gecionis charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olgierd Gecionis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kabanoski FC! The referee gave Stomil Olsztyn a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. Tanek Praski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Glembin in the 30th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrzej Glembin made a kick off. Olaf Zapolski kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Stomil Olsztyn's Aureliusz Grucza got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute Miroslaw Giec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Praski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Stomil Olsztyn fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Stomil Olsztyn's Ksawery Buda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Kazanowski in the 65th minute of play forced Kabanoski FC's goalkeeper Zenon Dulemba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Zbyszko Zdeb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tanek Praski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Tanek Praski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Zapolski in the 77th minute of the match. The supporters of Stomil Olsztyn booed when Kabanoski FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacek Gruchacz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ksawery Buda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zenon Dulemba was a little too slow when Wincenty Chazon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 2-3. In the 92nd minute, Gilbert Kazanowski fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zenon Dulemba, passed just outside the right post. An unexpected shot in the 95th minute by Ksawery Buda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the final whistle sounded Stomil Olsztyn left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kabanoski FC.
