Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zachary Bykowski in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wojciech Kojder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bartosz Jajecznica received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wojciech Kojder came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartosz Jajecznica slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Patointeligencja's goalkeeper Wojciech Kojder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartosz Jajecznica. Bartosz Jajecznica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wojciech Kojder having to interfere. When Feliks Rzegotka fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Patointeligencja's protests and gave Feliks Rzegotka a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, Patointeligencja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliks Rzegotka to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachary Bykowski in the 19th minute of play forced Patointeligencja's goalkeeper Wojciech Kojder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bartosz Jajecznica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wojciech Kojder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartosz Jajecznica went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszek Liberko in the 29th minute of play forced Patointeligencja's goalkeeper Wojciech Kojder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 minutes, Ksawery Ledochowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karpaty Krosno and the Patointeligencja players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Patointeligencja's zone, Bartosz Jajecznica stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wojciech Kojder came out of the goal and Bartosz Jajecznica tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Patointeligencja! When the match had been going on for 39 minutes, Karpaty Krosno's Bartosz Jajecznica got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Wojciech Kojder. Wojciech Kojder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Bykowski in the 45th minute of play. Walery Wallach blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermanno Garro having to make a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bartosz Jajecznica made a kick off. Zachary Bykowski struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Wojciech Kojder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karpaty Krosno. 58 minutes into the game, Karpaty Krosno's Bartosz Jajecznica nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wojciech Kojder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After a rather tough play, Patointeligencja's Feliks Rzegotka got a free kick in the 61st minute. Bartosz Jajecznica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wojciech Kojder having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Bartosz Jajecznica's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wojciech Kojder was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Mikolaj Raszkiewicz took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wojciech Kojder. Wojciech Kojder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Patointeligencja's Wojciech Kojder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartosz Jajecznica in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Patointeligencja's Milosz Poling got a free kick in the 76th minute. Boruc Dresik got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 85 played minutes, Karpaty Krosno's Zbyszek Liberko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wojciech Kojder came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Karpaty Krosno reached it. If Bartosz Jajecznica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute Bartosz Jajecznica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojciech Kojder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karpaty Krosno's Bartosz Jajecznica got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Cyprian Rywin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karpaty Krosno's supporters rose to their feet, but Cyprian Rywin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wojciech Kojder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karpaty Krosno walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
