Rafal Ziomkowski came out of the goal and Lucjan Duszenski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Michal Pozorski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Wojciech Kaczanek made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Iwo Werra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Mieszko Karbowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafal Ziomkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Iwo Werra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Duszenski couldn't finish the play. Dawid Kuszczak charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dawid Kuszczak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Matyldów SA. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mieszko Karbowski in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafal Ziomkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, Matyldów SA's Daniel Erland broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The Matyldów SA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dongen SA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
