Spectators: 7695 (Terracing: 5772, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Damian Pleban started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Spartans Lodz getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Andris Kapenieks hit a great ball. Procopio Trespalacios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leszek Gollob, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigiusz Wierzchowski during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Remigiusz Wierzchowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Procopio Trespalacios was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bartosz Majkowski. Spartans Lodz's Procopio Trespalacios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Aritza in the 21st minute of play. Odpalony were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Spartans Lodz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bartosz Majkowski took the corner. After taking down the ball on Odpalony's corner Bartosz Majkowski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Procopio Trespalacios quite easily take care of the ball. Iwan Ostrowski took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ryszard Blicharz. Ryszard Blicharz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, Odpalony's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Pleban came free, but Ryszard Blicharz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Fryderyk Jajecznica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iwan Ostrowski struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Ryszard Blicharz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spartans Lodz. Procopio Trespalacios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leszek Gollob in the 34th minute of the match. If Damian Pleban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Spartans Lodz's Procopio Trespalacios proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Spartans Lodz from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Odpalony booed when Spartans Lodz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andris Kapenieks didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Leszek Gollob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Procopio Trespalacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fryderyk Jajecznica hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Damian Pleban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spartans Lodz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Pleban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zacarias Aritza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Feliks Domeradzki struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Procopio Trespalacios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Odpalony. In the 62nd minute Leszek Gollob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Procopio Trespalacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 64 minutes of play, Odpalony's Leszek Gollob made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Procopio Trespalacios was left in no man's land by his defense there! 67 minutes into the match, Spartans Lodz's goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Gollob came free, but Procopio Trespalacios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spartans Lodz's goalkeeper Procopio Trespalacios, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Damian Pleban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Spartans Lodz's Damian Pleban got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute Damian Pleban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Blicharz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Odpalony's Zacarias Aritza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Procopio Trespalacios made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 84th minute, Leszek Gollob ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Procopio Trespalacios was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 90th minute, Bartosz Majkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Procopio Trespalacios was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Damian Pleban blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ryszard Blicharz having to make a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Spartans Lodz players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Odpalony.
