With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zenon Skaradowski in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jedrzej Galus saved Warta Czestochowa from getting behind. Jedrzej Galus came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Bad Company's Witalis Dzierwa. But to his dismay, Witalis Dzierwa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Jedrzej Galus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Skaradowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Warta Czestochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Witomir Balonek came free, but Jedrzej Galus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match, Barry Kent got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maksymilian Setara was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The nice shot from Barry Kent in the 36thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Maksymilian Setara had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Zenon Skaradowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jedrzej Galus having to interfere. The supporters of Warta Czestochowa booed when Bad Company was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zenon Skaradowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Warta Czestochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Witomir Balonek came free, but Jedrzej Galus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jedrzej Galus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witalis Dzierwa in the 43rd minute of play. Maksymilian Setara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomir Gall in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomir Gall in the 46th minute of play forced Bad Company's goalkeeper Maksymilian Setara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Bad Company were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barry Kent to make the kick off. Jedrzej Galus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenon Skaradowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zenon Skaradowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jedrzej Galus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zenon Skaradowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Warta Czestochowa's Jedrzej Galus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Dzierwa in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute Witalis Dzierwa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Galus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute Ksawery Bienienda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maksymilian Setara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rafael das Neves fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bad Company's protests and gave Rafael das Neves a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bad Company! 75 minutes into the match, Warta Czestochowa's goalkeeper Jedrzej Galus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marciano Fertus. Jedrzej Galus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witalis Dzierwa in the 76th minute of the match. The Bad Company supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bad Company would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
