Dobromir Jurgiel might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomasz Pyczkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dobromir Jurgiel ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomasz Pyczkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wit Bejgier in the 8th minute of the match. After 15 minutes, Hieronim Zima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burza Rogi and the Włókniarz Białystok players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 15 played minutes Burza Rogi got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Zima. Włókniarz Białystok's Tony Marte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Czajka in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute Wit Bejgier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomasz Pyczkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Burza Rogi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edgar Gardocki was slow to take the kick. During this time Włókniarz Białystok's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Edgar Gardocki got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tomasz Pyczkowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 25 minutes into the match, Włókniarz Białystok's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Czajka came free, but Tony Marte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Gardocki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomasz Pyczkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Burza Rogi's goalkeeper Tomasz Pyczkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute of the match Włókniarz Białystok got a corner. Burza Rogi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgar Gardocki ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Lucjan Pinczewski to score against Tomasz Pyczkowski in Burza Rogi's goal. 0-3 after 35 minutes. Włókniarz Białystok's Tony Marte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Włókniarz Białystok from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Burza Rogi's Waldemar Hodyl slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tony Marte. That made the score 1-3 after 42 minutes of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Wlodzimierz Gmoch put in a rough tackle. In the 45th minute, Wlodzimierz Gmoch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Skonieczny in the 47th minute of play forced Włókniarz Białystok's goalkeeper Tony Marte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th match minute, Włókniarz Białystok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piotr Nocny to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Szymon Czajka to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Włókniarz Białystok's Tom Aks made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomasz Pyczkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a left leg Tomasz Pyczkowski saved Burza Rogi from getting behind. Tom Aks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tom Aks received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tomasz Pyczkowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Tom Aks slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 64th minute. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Tom Aks took a quick shot and it went in 1-7 without a chance for Tomasz Pyczkowski to make any attempt to save it. Lucjan Pinczewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tony Marte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szymon Czajka in the 74th minute of the match. Lucjan Pinczewski kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Burza Rogi booed when Włókniarz Białystok was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piotr Nocny didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Ziemowit Mockiewicz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Włókniarz Białystok's Tony Marte didn't even have to move. After 86 played minutes Włókniarz Białystok got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Gardocki. The Włókniarz Białystok players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
