A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goalkeeper Mikolaj Jerzyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pierre Dziedelonis. The supporters of Barça booed when Newcastle United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pankracy Malicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pierre Dziedelonis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 17 minutes into the game, Teobald Misiewicz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mikolaj Jerzyk. Teobald Misiewicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Adam Pacholewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute Teobald Misiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Jerzyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmund Makomaski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pankracy Malicki in the 23rd minute of the match. A collision led to Newcastle United getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Kajetan Kochniarczyk hit a great ball. Barça's Edmund Makomaski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Christobal in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Barça's goalkeeper Edmund Makomaski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Newcastle United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Teobald Misiewicz 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Grigoris Charalambidis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mikolaj Jerzyk firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some careless play in the Newcastle United defense, Pierre Dziedelonis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mikolaj Jerzyk. The Newcastle United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mikolaj Jerzyk should have stopped the shot. Edmund Makomaski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pankracy Malicki in the 46th minute of the match. After 46 minutes, D.J. Premer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barça and the Newcastle United players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pankracy Malicki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre Dziedelonis in the 56th minute of the match. Edmund Makomaski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Malicki in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pankracy Malicki got free with Edmund Makomaski in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute, Edgar Lampa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafal Jazowski in the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Barça's goalkeeper Edmund Makomaski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Pacholewski. Edmund Makomaski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olgierd Wojtowicz in the 68th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Edmund Dykes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barça's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Dykes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barça's Olaf Grocholski was substituted for Zbigniew Pankiewicz. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre Dziedelonis in the 76th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Newcastle United got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Lampa. 78 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goal looked a bit too open when Krzysztof Gibowski came free, but Mikolaj Jerzyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikolaj Jerzyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre Dziedelonis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Marian Zembrzuski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edmund Makomaski. That made the score 3-1 in the 82 minute of play. Barça made a substitution. Burak Krawczyk replaced Vinicio Gregory. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krzysztof Gibowski in the 89th minute of play forced Newcastle United's goalkeeper Mikolaj Jerzyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pierre Dziedelonis scored 4-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mikolaj Jerzyk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Dziedelonis in the 95th minute of play. Barça's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by D.J. Premer in the 97th minute. Barça's D.J. Premer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mikolaj Jerzyk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the referee ended the match the Barça players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
