But to his dismay, Pankracy Malicki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 23rd minute Kajetan Kochniarczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Cempa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piast Gliwice's Zachariasz Cempa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Malicki in the 28th minute of play. Zachariasz Cempa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Malicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Piast Gliwice's goalkeeper Zachariasz Cempa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kajetan Kochniarczyk. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Zachariasz Cempa as he didn't even see the shot coming. Zachariasz Cempa was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Adam Pacholewski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kajetan Kochniarczyk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zachariasz Cempa came out and tried to block the shot, but Kajetan Kochniarczyk slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 40th minute. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Pankracy Malicki got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pankracy Malicki in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zachariasz Cempa saved Piast Gliwice from getting behind. Adam Pacholewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Zachariasz Cempa made a huge save. Pankracy Malicki in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zachariasz Cempa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Newcastle United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Donato Christobal in the 53rd minute. In the 55thth minute of the game Pankracy Malicki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piast Gliwice's Zachariasz Cempa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. At last the ball reached Kajetan Kochniarczyk at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Piast Gliwice. 7-0. Zachariasz Cempa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pankracy Malicki's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute, Pankracy Malicki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zachariasz Cempa was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Piast Gliwice's Zachariasz Cempa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Malicki in the 67th minute of play. Zachariasz Cempa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pankracy Malicki's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After 77 minutes of play, Newcastle United's Kajetan Kochniarczyk made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zachariasz Cempa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pankracy Malicki in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zachariasz Cempa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 85th minute, Adam Pacholewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Newcastle United had played much better football throughout.
